How does a reading work?

After you purchase, you'll fill out a short Reading Intake Form so I can tune into your specific situation. I then create your personalized tarot reading and deliver it as a written PDF straight to your inbox — most readings arrive within 24 hours, and larger spreads within 24-48 hours. Every reading includes a window for follow-up questions by email, so you're never left with more questions than answers.

How accurate or personalized are these readings?

Every reading is done individually for you, by hand — nothing is templated or auto-generated. Tarot works best as a mirror: it reflects the energy, patterns, and possibilities already present in your situation so you can see them clearly and make empowered choices. It's guidance, not prediction, and it works alongside your own judgment rather than replacing it.

What if my reading doesn't resonate?

Your peace of mind matters to me. If something in your reading feels off or unclear, email me within 7 days of delivery and I'll personally review it with you and offer clarification, a revision, or store credit toward a future reading — whatever makes it right. I want you to feel genuinely supported, not just sold to.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Anything you share in your intake form is used only to prepare your reading and is never shared with anyone else. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout — your card details never pass through me directly.
